You are fully responsible for being aware of these terms of service throughout the use of our website and/or service. By using our service, you comply to be in acceptance with these terms. If you breach any part of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke your use and or access to our service(s), website(s), and discord(s).

Azakana.com is hosted under the website Azakana.com and no other. We are in no way affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any and all other organizations, corporations, entities, or llcs.
When using a service or buying a product on Azakana.com , you must use and provide information that is accurate, complete, and updated.
You must check-mark a selectable box that you agree to our terms of service when you make a purchase.
If you breach any of our terms of service, we reserve the right to terminate your access to Azakana.com.
When you purchase a solo boosting service, you may not play on the account in which you purchased the service for, from when the order is placed until the order is finished. If you play the queue in which you ordered the service for, while the service is being completed, and lose Ladder Points/Ranks, those Ladder Points/Ranks that you lost, will be deducted from the finishing rank of the order.
If you purchase a duo queue order, you must coordinate with us and the booster to play at the same time. You may not play the queue in which you purchased the service for without the booster, from when the order is placed until the order is finished. If you play the queue in which you ordered the service for, after the service is ordered without a booster, and lose Ladder Points/Ranks, those Ladder Points/Ranks that you lost, will be deducted from the finishing rank of the order. If you are seen to be “trolling”, “griefing”, “intentional feeding/losing”, “rage quiting”, or overly “toxic”, we may stop the order at any time and/or refund the order (at our sole discretion).
If you purchase a boost, it will be started within 36 hours at the latest. Most services are started within the hour, but this may vary depending on the difficulty of the service, availability of boosters, volume of orders, and amount of discounting used. At Azakana.com we aim to promote you at least 1 division a day from the start of the order. This is our goal, but is not a guarantee. If you have an issue with the timeliness of an order, please contact us through email, live chat, or our discord. You may be compensated at our sole discretion.
When you purchase a coaching order, you must coordinate with us and the coach’s schedule to find a time for the coaching service.
By using or purchasing a service/product from Azakana, you the customer acknowledge that you understand the services which you are purchasing and any risks that come with them. Warranties are only valid when and where permitted.
You will provide accurate information when ordering any product or service from Azakana.
When you make a purchase for any product or service, you, the customer warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with that or any purchases from Azakana.
You accept that by purchasing a service/product you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchases with Azakana after the service has been started or has been completed. Also that you as a customer cannot violate the boundaries of ChargeBacks in any payment method provided by Azakana.
If you, the customer, have an issue with a service or product, please contact an owner or admin at our discord or email immediately. If the reason is valid and you have attempted contact in a timely manner, compensation may be available (at the discretion of an owner). Compensation may include: replacement product, partial refunds, store credit, coupons, and discounts.
If you place a boost order for an account with mmr that is massively different from the rank of the account, you may be asked to tip the booster through Azakana.com to make up for the increased difficulty of the games. If you do not wish to comply, we reserve our rights to refund your order in full and possibly, to our full discretion, deny you services and access to Azakana.com.
If you incorrectly enter information that lowers the price of the service that you wish to purchase, we will ask you to tip the booster through Azakana to cover the difference. If you do not wish to comply, we reserve our rights to refund your order in full and possibly, to our full discretion, deny you services and access to Azakana.com.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and/or refund your order at any time. Reasons for this may include but are not limited to: product or service availability, errors in your information, and fraud.
Due to the nature of Azakana’s products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore we do not offer refunds after a purchase is made.
If the product or service you ordered is a boost or a coaching order, and it has not been started yet, you may be refunded up to 50%, or store credit for the amount paid.
Once a service has started, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If service is not completed by Azakana you have the right to receive store credit fitting what is missing from your service.
Refunds for unranked accounts will be from the descretion of the ADMINS/OWNERS. You are not entitled to a refund if your unranked account had actions taken against it. (More info on this will be in the WARRANTY POLICY).
If we are not able to complete the purchase’d order by the end of the season, we are only able to refund the remaining, unfinished part of the order.
For Accounts: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the Products you purchased is/are defective, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion.
Warranties for unranked accounts shall last for 3 to 60 days and no longer. (This warranty length is listed on the product page before adding to cart.)
These are only valid if you, the buyer, changed the password and email of the account after purchase.
Ranked account sales may be partially refunded (minimum 50% of total cost) if you have lost control of the account (up to 15 days after purchase) if we cannot successfully recover it for you.
These warranties only cover things out of your (the buyer’s) control.
Warranty’s of unranked accounts does not constitute a refund for any reason. A replacement account will offered for actions held against the buyers account that is out of their control. A refund can be applied by the owners/admins descretion.

Forging or falsifying information to redeem a warranty when it is at fault of you (the buyer) is against the terms of service and may refuse your rights to access and use Azakana’s service(s), website(s), and discord(s).
Azakana’s products, services, original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Azakana.com.Azakana.com is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Turkey, and foreign countries. These properties may not be used in connection with any product, service, company, individual, or LLC without the prior written consent of Azakana.com.
By continuing to access or use our services after revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using Azakana.com’s services.
The information contained on Azakana.com is for informaiton purposes only. The information is provided by Azakana.com and while we aim to keep this information up to date and correct, we only represent warrenties to a limited time 1 month warrenty on unranked accounts and 15 days buyer protection for ranked accounts. Azakana.com provides no guarantee that your account will be free of error. While we accept full responsbility for replacing accounts that are banned due to errors described in the above Warrenty Policy, we do not accept any responsibility beyond the terms of this agreement. Your puchase indicated that you have read, understood and fully agreed with these policies and terms of services before you have added the item to the cart. Cutomers agree that Azakana.com owners, agents, employees, stakeholders and vounteers are not liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries or suits (which include courts costs, attorney fees and other fees resultsing from the acts, errors, or omissions of customers who purchase any products of services offered by Azakana.com. Your purchase indicates that you fully understand and accept responsibility for any interference with existing contracts you are currently under.
Unranked Account Description:
If you buy any of our unranked accounts via any of the packages on Azakana.com/Accounts; they are soley based on the number of Blue Essence. Anywhere from “0” to the “up to” amount, which is clearly stated on our website. Before buying any accounts from this site please note that sales on all packages listed above are final.
With an exception of the warranty, Azakana.com does not warranty its accounts to be free of errors in any way. Any responsibility for errors or damage caused by the use of an account provided by Azakana.com is disclaimed by Azakana.com to the maximum extent allowable by law. If you purchase an account from us, you agree to the following indemnity clause. For legal reasons it must be in all capitals. This clause affects your rights and legal liability. Please ensure you have read and understand it. CUSTOMER WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Azakana.com, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR SUITS INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THE ACTS, ERRORS, OR OMMISIONS OF THE CUSTOMER OR Azakana.com IN THE EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INTERFERANCE WITH ANY EXISTING CONTRACTS YOU MAY PRESENTLY HAVE OBLIGATIONS UNDER.
Azakana.com is secure and your credit card transactions are processed with the help of standard encryption services. Account payements are processed in real time. We do not have direct access to your credit card or debit card numbers. Our database and customer management system allows us to store personal information with the help of anti-virus software, firewalls, security features, and standard encryption to protect the privacry and security of data.
